I'm in between size XS/S and this dress fits perfectly. I wear a 34B and the tops covers everything while still providing a bit of normal and side cleavage. The waist is tighter to provide cinching and the skirt of the dress is flowy, not tight. I am 5'9 and the dress is short, right beneath my butt, but I wear shorts underneath.
